Small numbers of customers have reported that they are experiencing a problem: that their LN46A650 turns off unexpectedly. Ruling out a number of other potential reasons, it turns out that this was a flaw in the TV’s firmware. A firmware update is available to fix this issue.

It will be updated to ver 2001.3, which will also solve the Auto Motion Plus problem of stuck images, unsaved “SRS” settings and problems with sound quality. Updating the firmware is only recommended for users who have experienced any of these problems.
